Exchanges and Returns

We will let you walk away with a Coni Bijoux piece when you are completely satisfied and delighted. If you are not satisfied in any way with the products that you purchased from our website, please return the products within thirty days (30) days of purchase. All products must be received in a new and unused condition (including packaging) within thirty (30) days of purchase for an exchange, refund or credit to be issued.

Return Procedures and Conditions

• You must notify Coni Bijoux at info@conibijoux.com within thirty (30) days of intent to return goods, we will provide you with a Return Reference and Shipping Address.
• Returned items must include the Original Invoice and Return Reference.  Refund will not be granted if failure to return the purchased item within the specified period – thirty (30) of purchase.
• Full refunds are only offered due to manufacturing defects or order error caused by our employees. Change of mind returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee of product price and shipping fee will not be refunded. Please allow up to 3 weeks for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of goods.

All returned Coni Bijoux products must be:

• UNUSED and in an original condition and packaging.
• UNDAMAGED, no visible marks and / or scratches or marks which can be detected with a 10x diamond loupe. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during the return transit. We will not issue a return or exchange unless the product(s) are in the original condition upon return.

If you return the goods via an Australia Post Office, please keep the appropriate proof of return. Otherwise, if the returned item goes missing in transit to us, we will deem you not to have returned the item. You will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Exchange

Should you wish to exchange your item:

• Please contact us by email – info@conibijoux.com or call us on +61 451 827 388 before sending anything back for exchange.
• Exchange item(s) must be sent back within thirty (30) days of purchase and you are responsible for the return shipping fee and re-delivery charges.

Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery

While we make every effort for your goods arrive in perfect conditions, occasionally this does not happen.  You must contact us at info@conibijoux.com within 72 hours for the damaged item. A new item (subject to stock availability for the same product) will be sent to you as soon as the damaged item is received and assessed. Damaged goods due to customer’s negligence will not be accepted.  Please contact us after the given period for any query.

Returns and Refunds of items paid by Gift Vouchers

Any returned items which are paid by Coni Bijoux gift vouchers, the amount will be refunded in the form of a Coni Bijoux gift voucher for future usage. It cannot be redeemed in cash.
