Orders

Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and Coni Bijoux is satisfied with the integrity of the order. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, Coni Bijoux is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product. Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us (“your offer”). We will email you an Order Confirmation for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer. Please note that our Order Confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your offer or reflect the status of your order in any way. You will be contacted if any of your ordered items is out of stock. This is why we need your contact information.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right not to provide goods or services, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.

Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us immediately on +61 451 827 388 or email us at info@conibijoux.com. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed the order and your payment has been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion.   Orders after dispatch are subject to our Return Policy.

Product Images

Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details,or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.

Each viewing device may give a slightly altered colour interpretation.

Length of Necklaces and Bracelets

The length of a necklace or bracelet has been carefully measured but due to the constrained dealing with cultured pearls and gemstones, there may be a slight variance in the length of the necklaces and bracelets. Please allow a small tolerance of (+ -) 1 to 5% for the total length of the item.

Chain

We cannot be held responsible for the breakage of fine chains which are machine-made. Please handle with care.
